You may download any images here for use at Home, and you may print out a single
copy for your personal viewing. You may not resale any images nor may you derive
derivative works, derivatively.

That means don't base a new work on anything you see here.
Allow it to influence you , but please don't copy.

I realize that with computers you _can_ do pretty much whatever you want,
including the bypass of this policy. It is my hope that you will abide by it.

Much of art is influenced by other art, and other artists. There is a calamity of
"copyright" this and "copyright" that, and all manner of software empowered
artist ilk are throwing the word around like a baseball bat currently.
I for one do not wish to sound like I am in that category.

Some of my older figurative works are in fact derivative works, and that
is why they may not be for sale. But being that they are one-off items
I feel that displaying them is within fair use (when I do display them).
That being said, anything looking un-like a picture is more than likely all
derived from me. Mine. Done By Me.

So:

Please don't deprive me of the possibility of deriving income from my creativity
by doing anything as stated above, or by posting without permission, anything
anywhere, including newsgroups, on a web page, etc.

If you knew how little I make currently, and how old I am to be making so little
well, you might be more sympathetic.

In more broad terms, all images are copyright Robert Covington and Artly There and
are digitally watermarked. When applicable, any legal measures required to
protect the content of this site will be used.
